There is currently a known issue within Jira that causes a conflict between the search function and being logged into the Jira Customer Service Portal. This issue originates from Jira’s platform and cannot be corrected or modified by our team.

If you are unable to use the search function below, please try one of the following workarounds:

• Log out of the Jira Customer Portal and try again

• Use a different browser that is not logged into the portal

• Open a private/incognito browser window to perform your search

We will continue to monitor Jira’s updates and will post any changes here if the issue is resolved on their end.
